She is meticulous about incorporating the many quality details that make a house both beautiful AND functional. Working with her project supervisor, she is onsite everyday ensuring that each stage of building incorporates quality and craftsmanship.
Ms. Sherman is President of the Montgomery County Builders Association (MCBA) and was honored by her colleagues with the John Brawner Memorial Award which is awarded to an individual who has given their time, dedication and service to MCBA, the community and the building industry. When she meets buyers, she is often complimented when they say "I thought the builder had to be a woman."
